2D less than 1 square metre including frame
3D less than 1 cubic metre including stand

2. Large

$25 RSASA members or $30 for non-members

2D up to 2 square metres including frame
3D up to 2 x 1 x 1 metres including stand

3. Oversize

$50 for all artists

Submit

optional 20 word statement which will be placed in the catalogue and may form part of the judging

This information will be used for selection, the catalogue and publicity.

A4 photographs may be collected at the close of the exhibition but no responsibility is accepted by the Solar Art Prize.

Requirements

2D work must be dry, have D rings and be professionally presented for hanging.

3D art must safely stand alone.

Judging

Selection and judging is anonymous and done by independent judges on merit and relevance.

Notification

Artists whose work has been selected for exhibition will be notified before October 2017.

Sales

Works will be offered for sale at your nominated price.

A 30% commission is retained by the Royal South Australian Society of Arts.

Collection

The Solar Art Prize is non-acquisitive and artists whose work is exhibited are expected to make arrangements to collect any unsold works of art at the end of the exhibition or within two days of the close.
